Waiting for the outer circumstances to create a desired internal environment is the conditioning your brain wants you to stay in because it is driving. It wants the dopamine drip, has no desire to let go of control. That’s the brain’s MO. To live in cause AND effect. I suggest to you another way, instead of cause and effect — CAUSE AN EFFECT.

You bring your heart along into the process, then you can feel the desired emotion internally without having to experience the event first and you become a conduit that is energetically attractive to that outcome. Abundance flows to that which is like itself, the abundant recipient. Gratitude for healing, begins the healing process. When you start to feel ease, peace, joy, the external world in your proximity must move into alignment with that. It must match, it’s law. When you start to love yourself and your life, you will create an equal.

We have to let go of our addiction to cause and affect and understand that we are the greatest catalyst for change in our lives. But it doesn’t come from being dragged behind the analytical mind paired with sensory input to assert the observation of our reality. We need to practice getting into the creation process by tapping into our consciousness intentionally, going into our heart so that our thoughts are falling outside of our awareness, much like stepping behind a waterfall into the cave. We’re not shutting them down, thoughts are going to continue to fall, we just don’t have to stand underneath the fall. We can create space from the position of the observer. The observer has the ability to move from head to heart and conscious to subconscious. The analytical mind is what creates the separation of the conscious and subconscious. Once the flow of thoughts is further from you, in that space, that clearing, you just opened the door to the subconscious and in that place you can access and reprogram anything you want.

When you can access this place, you have access to the thousands of chemicals that restore and regenerate the body for your health & healing. You can simply unlock your body’s healing process by removing your conscious attachment to the diagnosis, the observed condition, the repeated pattern of remembering pain, illness or injury. Accessing the state of being that is healed, healthy, and whole. Feeling the feelings, thinking the thoughts, and being the person who lives in a state of health.

You’re then putting your life force into this state, this identity.

When you access this place you have the ability to send signals to your heart to feel love to the point of releasing the literal chemical of oxytocin that signals then nitric oxide that then triggers another chemical called derived endothelial relaxing factor. This opens up the arteries in your heart, releasing and passing larger volumes of blood and oxygen, causing the heart to feel full and alive. This is a physiological response to a meditative state that you can induce. You do this enough and you unlock an internal state of love that will attract and sustain loving relationships, friendships, and connections all around you. That you caused by literally becoming a more loving human being with an actually MORE loving, functional, healthy, heart.

So how can you stop being the old way and step into the new way?
We first have to observe and become familiar with the old way so we can recognize the old and new as they surface. In this hypervigilance, you are conscious of your desire and anything that contrasts that and take it captive. Nothing goes unnoticed without you deciding what is permitted to pass. As you observe on a regular basis, you can bring awareness into the present moment and then that autonomous self-regulation creates choice that we experience as personal freedom.
You are no longer an old habituated self. You know who you want to be, and have practiced what thought that person thinks, how that person feels, and what that person does AS WELL AS, what they no longer do, how they no longer feel, and thoughts they no longer embrace.

Nothing in your unconscious state of mind and body is unconscious anymore. You’re aware how you are thinking and feeling and whether or not it is true to the new identity you’ve chosen, and if it’s not, you release it without force because its no longer who or what you identify with.

If you are observing the old self, consciously — you are no longer being it.

It’s the difference between someone who smokes trying to force themselves to quit, removing a piece of their identity that they still resonate with OR going back into their framework and developing an identity of being a nonsmoker. We’ve changed the identity rather than just the behavior that forces a part of itself to remain suppressed. This approach is why we see regressive behavior and call it self-sabotage. It wasn’t self-sabotage, it was the identity that was not altered to match the changed behavior and snapping everything back into place. The mind finds its way back to recalibrate itself to the known, the law of familiarity. You cannot hope for a higher level of consciousness while stuck in the lower emotions connected to the old self or level of consciousness. The little amount of your mind that is conscious is simply fighting the majority that is unconscious. So the whole of your mind is occupied by either its own preset conditioning, or its efforts to rail against the current of that conditioning and nothing is free to imagine it any different. This is where we see people in the personal development space totally exhausted at the ineffectiveness of their affirmations and mantras, trying to swim upstream. They feel worse because they’re thinking on way, feeling another, and broadcasting a mixed energetic signal that has no idea how to register into a coherent message, let alone a way of being.

When we meditate as the first measure of action, getting behind the curtain of the conscious, we learn to objectify the subjective mind with continuous observation. Taking things we called fact, in place, and saw they were not tethered permanently to anything. This is where we watch people who have subconscious barriers, beliefs that have held them back for years, suddenly disappear and watch them transform into something entirely different.

Once you think of you, your personality, as nothing more than a habit, a habitual state, a constant repetition of chemicals commanded by habitual thought & emotion, and you break that cycle down and start making new decisions on repeat — you’re setting the course for a new life and identity. You’re no longer anchored to the known situations that are recycling the same material back through to then rinse & repeat and later observe as your extended reality. The signals are interrupted, the synapses (the connections in your brain) become weakened and then broken, and over time without use, they no longer activate at all.

Anything you want to change in the outside world albeit someone’s physical, emotionally, financial, relational, and spiritual wellbeing can be constructed by becoming intensely aware of what first needs to be deconstructed. The awareness over time deconstructs it. Then we have the space to repattern, reframe and reconstruct our own desired outcome.

We literally create a new identity and a new life by becoming someone else. We do this by defining the edges of the old self and the new self as it thinks, feels and acts until memorized in the nervous system. Discarding the old and exchanging the new until it is not new, it is. It is not out there, someday, ideal, higher self, it is me — you — here now.

That said, this process can feel daunting without knowing how to get oneself into that state of self-observation, exploration, and ultimately transformation.

This is meant to be an internal, self-sustained, self-guided process continuously over time and having the right prompting can point you further inward as you do your own work.
For anyone interested in learning and developing this practice, I have created a fully integrated process that will allow you to facilitate your own subconscious discovery, intentionally moving out of the analytical mind to allow for the conscious and subconscious mind to collapse into one vast clear space, and then moving into the creation process of who you want to be and no longer be.
I’ve created this method to bring you from being held back by your own perception of past limitations to a place of personal freedom that has limitless power and capacity to create a life you love. No matter what you’ve experienced up to this point, or where you’re starting, you will be able to reach levels of peace, fulfillment, and freedom to live and be who you’ve wanted to be that felt just out of reach.
If you feel like you’ve been on the verge of something, waiting on the edge, like something is right there on the other side of potential, and you know you’re the only thing in the way, this is for you — placed here on your path at this time in your journey for you to step into the arena and take hold of your future.

If you’re ready, I look forward to seeing you on the other side of yourself and if you’re not ready, I look forward to holding a safe place for you to stay and explore your comfort zone until you reach the edge.
