What if I told you that you could end your depression?

Did you know that most of the depression that exists today is 100% environmental?
Only a small percentage of depression out there is a physical/chemical depression that requires intervention or medication.

Most who have experienced long or short periods of feeling down are used to the ebb and flow of these negative emotions. Typically uneasy about taking medication because it’s a tolerable level of feeling low, they grow accustomed to it.
They may have even tried medication and found it made the feelings worse or experienced a “numbing,” that can be more uncomfortable than the low. So they are left to power through and learn to adapt.

What if I told you, you don’t have to?

Truly. Your life can hold a number of variables that would make depression a clear outcome and you are still entirely able to live without it.

How do I know?

Because I did. I tried.it.all. Medication, alcohol, sex, church, distractions, relationships, money, endless busyness…I filled myself with anything to drown out the static of depression with something louder.

Until one day, I did something different and let it all boil over. Little did I know, that day the Happiness Habit was discovered.

I want to teach it to you.
